Yoni (28), a reservist who served in Gaza, struggled to rebuild his life after October 7 and sought support at the Balancing House for security forces veterans coping with post-traumatic stress
Hannah (59), her son is dealing with a mental health crisis after surviving the Nova festival, receives support services through Milam
Michal (16) received therapeutic intervention at the headspace Center in Ashdod to help her cope with difficulties arising from the ongoing situation

These are just a few examples of the personal journeys we witness every day – stories of challenges for which we offer solutions through professional, personalized prevention, intervention, and rehabilitation services. This enables individuals to lead more meaningful lives while promoting mental health and well-being.
This year, we continued to develop, expand, and deepen our comprehensive range of services and solutions, both in response to current needs and with a forward-looking vision to the evolving needs of diverse populations experiencing various emotional states across six key areas of activity:

We provided therapeutic interventions for individuals coping with acute mental health crises following the Iron Swords at the Balancing House, in partnership with the Ministry of Defense
We accommodated evacuated service recipients and staff from the north and south to our housing and hostels across the country.
We adapted our services and professional responses to the realities of the ongoing war and the evolving needs
We launched an Information and Assistance Center for the general public
We established centers to provide interventions for youth and young adults experiencing mental health crises related to combat exposure, with a focus on addressing trauma, loss, and bereavement
We provided individual and group interventions for families of October 7 survivors in partnership with the Lev Batuach organization
We addressed waiting lists and managed a surge in demand for our services and frameworks
In collaboration with the Mental Health Organization's Coalition, we led a report on the economics of mental health in Israel
We participated in Knesset committees, forums, and roundtable discussions
We took part in Mental Health Day at the President's Residence
We expanded our agreements with health funds to provide tailored services for diverse populations.
We hosted the Australian Ambassador to Israel, Dr. Ralph King, at the headspace Center in Tel Aviv
We signed an agreement with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, Ms. Veronika Kočíová, to support the establishment of a secure area at the Enosh Beit Shemesh branch
We participated in the international Navigate conference
We took part in the annual meeting of GAMIAN-Europe – Peer Support in Mental Health
We established a center for youth and young adults aged 10-25 in Ashdod, that focuses on trauma and crisis intervention
In December 2024, we opened a center in the Krayot as part of a larger plan to open 6 additional headspace centers across the country
We launched a pilot program to integrate therapeutic support technology through VR glasses and an app for self-guided practice and cognitive restructuring
We introduced a comprehensive program to support teenagers in mental health crises and their families in Ofakim, Golan Regional Council, Beit Shemesh, and Netanya, in collaboration with the National Insurance Institute’s At-Risk Children and Youth Fund
We launched a series of online groups covering various topics relevant to youth
We expanded the headspace Academy — a unique series of workshops and training for educational staff, parents, young adults and youth, in collaboration with ICA
In light of the personal and national challenges we have faced since October 7, and Israel's state of emergency, we organized a special professional conference. The event brought together senior officials from the healthcare system, academia, government ministries, local authorities, the IDF, philanthropy, and mental health organizations.
The 23rd Israeli Art Exhibition, sponsored by Bank Hapoalim, was dedicated this year to raising awareness about mental health. Proceeds from approximately 600 works by leading Israeli artists were donated to Enosh to support the mental health field during the Iron Swords War.
We introduced our Dialogue Program to the South, joining our existing program in central Israel, training speakers to share their personal stories of resilience
We trained an R U OK? team from the Kfar Saba Municipality to address loneliness among seniors
We expanded our housing services to new regions across the country, using a trauma-informed model
We launched the "Employment Compass" model
We expanded our "Knowledge from Life Experience" activities
We hosted the grand finale of the "Making a League" tournament, with the participation of 9 teams from across the country
